A new Star Wars infographic doing the rounds provides some helpful details on the Mandalorian, his compatriots and place in the Star Wars universe.
Sourced (curiously) from Ace Cash Express, the graphic, below, compares the show’s star Din Djarin to Star Wars Rebels’ Sabine Wren, Boba and Jango Fett from the Star Wars movies and the Death Watch, plus a timeline centred around the Battle of Yavin (and the destruction of the Death Star).
Set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order, The Mandalorian follows a lone gunfighter far from the authority of the New Republic.
The series stars Pedro Pascal as the Mandalorian, Gina Carano (Deadpool) as Cara Dune, Carl Weathers (Predator) as Greef Karga and Giancarlo Esposito (Breaking Bad) as Moff Gideon.
The series was created by Jon Favreau, who exec produces alongside Dave Filoni. Season 2’s directors include Favreau, Filoni, Rick Famuyiwa, Robert Rodriguez (Sin City) and Peyton Reed (Ant-Man), alongside cast member Carl Weathers.
